💪🏼 Who do you want to be 12 months from now?

Most people delay the exact changes they could start today.
They wait for a Monday.
They wait for January.
They wait for the “perfect time” that never actually comes.

And in the meantime?
They lose structure.
They lose routine.
They make themselves the last priority and wonder why they feel like shit.

Low energy.
Low confidence.
No momentum.
And suddenly achieving their goals feels twice as hard.

But let’s be honest… it’s usually because of one of these:

A) You spend October → December in full “fuck it mode” and convince yourself you’ll sort it out later.
B) You hit January like a man possessed, all-or-nothing, balls-to-the-wall, then wonder why you burn out by week three.

Here’s the truth:
Consistency doesn’t come from extreme phases.
Routine isn’t built in January.
And results don’t require chaos.

Training, structure, and looking after yourself should be part of your life — not something you switch on and off depending on the month.

Yes, changing your habits and behaviours is the hardest part.
But once you crack that?
You stop restarting.
You stop crashing every December.
You stop relying on motivation and start relying on identity.

And that’s when the real transformation sticks.
