Why do you coach men?
Honestly?
Because the way I train is exactly why men come to me — and why they get results.
This year I doubled down on coaching men even more.
Not because it’s a trend…
but because I genuinely enjoy it — and because almost no one else is actually focused on helping men.
Most of the industry is aimed at women and fat loss.
But men have their own struggles — and most go completely unaddressed.
Guys come to me because they want to:
• Feel confident in their body
• Look like they actually train
• Build a physique they’re proud of
• Stop hiding under baggy clothes
• Finally see their hard work show
I’m big on physique development and body composition, not just dropping calories and hoping for the best.
I give men the strategy, structure, and expertise they need…
but also the habits and behaviours that stop them sabotaging themselves.
(Usually disguised as “reasons” or “being busy.”)
It’s not a quick fix.
It’s not a six-week shred.
But funny enough, when you apply yourself and master the basics, progress comes faster than you expect.
My job is helping men prioritise themselves again.
To realise their health and confidence bleed into every part of their life — work, relationships, energy, identity.
I work with men who think long-term.
Men who want sustainable habits, real strength, and a body that actually reflects the effort they put in.
Who I’m NOT for:

❌ Quick-fix chasers and shortcut hunters (they don’t exist)
❌ Anyone willing to sacrifice their health for a before-and-after
❌ Men who let others dictate their standards
❌ Those expecting temporary effort to fix long-term problems
❌ Or guys who quit the moment things get uncomfortable
