In Person Coaching

The Difference
Between Training and Training Right.

A woman with long hair tied in a ponytail, smiling, is sitting on a stool in a gym. She is wearing a gray t-shirt, black athletic pants, and black Adidas sneakers. The background features red lighting, a weightlifting rack, a kettlebell, a weight plate, and a large orange kettlebell on the floor.

Laura's here to correct, push, and make sure every session counts.

Laura Westhead coaches 1:1 in person at Trans4orm Standish and online through All Round Coaching. She brings the hands-on, face-to-face experience that gets your technique right, your confidence up, and your results moving, for real this time.

WHY Laura?

One to One Training THAT works

Laura coaches on the gym floor at Trans4orm Standish — and she also coaches online through All Round Coaching.

In-person training is where technique gets built, form gets corrected, and confidence is earned. It's not just about what you do in that session, it's about the habits, the structure and the education that carries you forward every other day of the week.

This is how real, lasting change happens.

She’ll learn YOU AND YOUR LIFESTYLE

Laura doesn't hand you a generic plan and wish you luck. She takes the time to understand who you are, how you train, what's getting in the way, and what success actually looks like for you.

Because what works for someone else might not work for you. And a plan you actually enjoy is one you'll actually stick to.

No cookie cutter templates, no AI assistants or random team members you’ve never met before.

coaching for all types of folks

Whether you're brand new to the gym and don't know where to start, or you've been training for years but feel stuck in a loop. Laura meets you where you are and helps you push past it.

Some clients come to her wanting to lose fat. Others want to build strength. Some just want to feel more confident in their own skin.

Whatever your starting point, there's a clear path forward and you won't have to figure it out alone.

A bit about LAURA

Laura joined a gym at 20 with zero clue what she was doing, and landed straight in the cardio queen era, convinced that touching a weight would have her waking up looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

When that stopped working, she tried everything.

Juice Plus, slimming pills, six-week challenges, endless quick fixes.

She even had a PT for a while, sessions without structure, chicken and rice, no real accountability. Sound familiar?

Her turning point was finding a coach who actually gave a shit. Someone who gave her the tools, the structure, and the direction she'd been missing. It was hard. It worked. It lasted.

That's what she wants to be for you.
