My role as a coach goes far beyond helping men lose fat or build muscle. Physique goals matter, but so does why those goals exist and what they represent.
For many men, training becomes the one place they can regain control.

Depression, stress, and anxiety are common themes, but rarely spoken about.
Most men don’t talk. They don’t complain. They just “crack on.”
That silence comes at a cost.
