Quick fixes take you longer

I've seen them all and probably tried most...

I get the appeal for quick and instant,

I could also say something motivational like "the reward is in the hard work"

It still wouldn't matter as most will still want quick and instant (like everything else these days)

10+ years ago, I was chasing the quick fixes too, because it was slow and frustrating...

The fat burners, carbs blockers and anything that made promises of getting me shredded.

I even said "fuck it I'll get lipo" 🀣 but that damages fat stores (which we definitely don't want to happen)

Anyway...

None of the quick ways worked πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Wanna know why?

Because I didn't change what was keeping me stuck!

I was good all week, trained every day, cardio for hours, classes (obviously built a lot of muscle like)

But I just looked pretty much the same.

Because I didn’t address my nutrition.

Building mindfulness with food isn't easy and it's a slow road working on your relationship with food too.

But if the habits never changed, then it didn't matter what I tried. I'd revert back or not even progress.

So yes, I get the appeal for the skinny jabs πŸ’‰ pills πŸ’Š surgery πŸ”ͺ and gastric bands 🩹...

Like anything, they all pose risks, but if you don't change the habits, then you won't keep the results.

The boring basics work:
Weight training πŸ’ͺ🏼
Balanced nutrition πŸ₯©πŸ₯‘πŸ₯”
Daily movement πŸšΆπŸ»β€β™€οΈ
Sleep 😴

So honestly... if you don't wanna look bulky... reduce your body fat and build some muscle πŸ’ͺ🏼 (also helps prevent decease and increases longevity, so no biggy)

Plus, you'll actually get results... which if you work with me, I can speed up with strategy specific to you πŸ’ͺ🏼

I am always happy to answer questions on anything too 😊
