Most guys think more volume = more gains.
So they're doing 5 sets, 5 exercises and 90-minute sessions every time (usually on the same muscle group too)
Here's the truth:
More isn't better 👎🏻
Better is better 💪🏼
I see it a lot - Junk Volume (aka unnecessary resp/sets) just burns time and recovery as well as zero in return.
👉🏻 You're tired, sore and still not growing or progressing with your strength and physique.

TIP:
for your next session train to absolute (or close to) failure in your 1st working set. I can guarantee that if you do that, you won't have much left in the tank, let alone another 3 or 4 sets 👀 think about the volume on the muscle group over the session and the week.
Do a couple of warm-up sets to determine weight and strength that day, but stop adding sets on sets. Train a muscle group more frequently and intensely!
