WHEN COACHING IS NEEDED THE MOST.
When you need me the most…
If you quit every time life gets busy or throws a load of shit your way, you’ll stay stuck. Progress dies the moment you tap out when things get uncomfortable.
I’m not here for quick fixes, instant results, or some flashy before-and-after for the gram. I actually give a shit. My coaching is about teaching you the skills that get you through the hard times, the stuff that keeps your results sustainable long-term.
I’ve coached for years, and I’ve heard the same conversations from guys who feel like they’re not “winning”:
“I feel like I’m letting you down.”
“I’m wasting both of our time.”
“I’m too busy at the moment.”
I get it. I really do.
There are coaches out there who only care if you’re ticking boxes and giving them a transformation to post. If you aren’t smashing it 24/7, they stop giving a f**k.
But that’s not me.
A transformation is an incredible goal and I love working towards them, but I’ll never push you so hard that your health, wellbeing, or sanity take the hit. If stopping coaching is genuinely the right move for you, I’ll support that. I’m not here to convince you that your health matters. You already know it does.
More often than not, people walk away from the thing they need most at the exact moment they need support, simply because they think there’s only one “all or nothing” way to do things.
Those messy, inconvenient, “off-plan” chapters might not create the sexiest transformation photo, but they’re the moments that teach you the most. That’s where you build the real skills that actually last for life.
So don’t give up on yourself because you’re not “smashing it” like you were earlier in the year, or because things haven’t gone to plan.
You’re in a different chapter and it probably needs a different strategy than before.
A bit of structure, an honest conversation, and some accountability might be all you need to get back to feeling like yourself again.
Don’t tap out just because things feel hard or shit. We can figure it out together.
And it’s exactly why my clients value me in December… and long after.
