HER story

When Louise first came to me, she was a complete beginner. She’d just finished a gym workshop and wanted guidance to move forward. From day one, we focused on exercise execution, proper training structure, and making sure her vegan nutrition supported her goals, hitting the right macros, vitamins, and nutrients.

The first phase of our 5-year journey was all about fat loss and priming her body, setting a strong foundation to eventually build a toned, muscular physique, her long-term goal. And we didn’t just tone up… we got seriously strong in the process.

But her transformation went far beyond fat loss.

We focused on building lean muscle, improving mindfulness around food, and navigating the often-overlooked but crucial maintenance phase, the real key to long-term success. Her plant-based diet stayed nutrient-dense, balanced, and still allowed for enjoying life.

What stands out the most? Louise had the confidence to do not one, but two solo photoshoots, plus a group shoot with the ALL ROUND coaching team. From total beginner to lifting heavy, fuelling her body properly, and stepping in front of the camera, she’s transformed her health, body, and mindset for good.

Honestly, I couldn’t be prouder.
