His story
Kirk came to me with a clear goal, reduce stubborn belly fat and get down to 15% body fat, so he could feel confident taking his shirt off. Like many men, he wanted to improve his physique, not just for aesthetics, but to feel better in his own skin.
But this transformation wasn’t just about fat loss. Kirk had a few past injuries and training niggles, so we created a tailored training plan that focused on intensity, injury prevention, and building a balanced, muscular body.
Through structured phases, including fat loss, muscle building, and maintenance, we made consistent progress. Kirk learned how to train smart, eat with purpose, and stay on track while still enjoying holidays, nights out, and social events.
Over the course of 3 years of online coaching, Kirk didn’t just hit his fat loss goals, he built a body he’s proud of and has sustained his results long term. He’s now more confident, stronger, and leaner and yes, he’s more than happy to take his top off.
