His story
When Nathan first came to me, his confidence was low, in himself and in the gym. He’d bounced around from CrossFit to ultra-restrictive diets, constantly chasing results but ending up the same: lighter, but miserable.
He thought training had to be brutal and food had to be boring.
I wanted to change that for him.
So we took a different approach. We focused on building his strength, improving his execution in the gym and creating a plan that actually fit his life, not fought against it.
Now, fast forward 3 years, and you wouldn’t recognise him.
Nathan trains 4 times a week with real intensity and purpose, and the results show. He’s more muscular, more confident, and has a whole new relationship with food and training.
No more punishment. No more starting over. He enjoys meals out, social occasions, and knows how to balance everything without guilt.
He’s absolutely smashed it and the best part? It’s all sustainable.
